PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely conserve a flow field which applies a shear stress load, by converting a portion contacting with a blood cell to be disposable, when measuring deformability of the blood cell in such the state that the shear stress load is applied to the blood cell.;SOLUTION: An exchangeable and disposable unit is configured such that a spacing plate (12) is interposed between a fixed plate (11) and a movable plate (13) in order to keep a spacing between the fixed plate (11) and the movable plate (13), and to form a space S for mounting a sample including the blood cell by using the spacing plate (12) between the fixed plate (11) and the movable plate (13), and an iron flake (14) is mounted on the movable plate. An apparatus for measuring a dynamical characteristic of the blood cell includes a light receiving section (40), a data analysis processing section (50) and an irradiating light source section (30) for measuring the deformability of the blood cell in such the state that the shear stress load is applied to the blood cell in the sample in a shear stress loading mechanism section (10).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
