Mechanical and biomechanical property testing and measuring device of blood vessels consists of the guide bar (1) with one sliding fitting arm (5) with locking element (4), wherein on the guide bar (1) is firmly or sliding placed the second arm (5) with locking element (4). On the arm (5) in the axial line there is fixed the first cone (6) and the second cone (7).The first cone (6) has a blind hole (8) and the arm (5) has a continuous hole (9). On the blind hole (8) and the continuous hole (9) is placed the feed pipes (10) with a set of radial holes (11). On the feed pipe (10) are slip over the two pushed elements (12). Between the surface of the pushed elements (12) is inserted the compression spring (13).
