A Challenge in the use of recycled materials in the production process of paper is the presence of hydrophobic organic material with Adhesive properties that are commonly known as Sticky bodies (stickies and tackies).Hydrophobic clusters may result in spots or defects in the final product is deposited on the paper or paper machines, resulting in difficulties in the process and time out of Service. Technologies exist to monitor and Control The microscopic Sticky bodies.However, there is a need for a technique to quickly determine the size and Content of Sticky Macroscopic bodies ( 100 mm diameter) in current processing of recycled Pulp. This is a device and a method for Performing real-time Analysis of Macroscopic bodies Sticky and / or any visible Hydrophobic particle in an aqueous medium.Using this, we can monitor the quality of the Pulp, and can monitor and control the implementation of treatment. The technique is based on the analysis of fluorescence images to identify and count Sticky particles and measure its size.
