Opstap comprising a system of a first and a second step-up element, each step-up element a chassis contains in each case at least three legs on which a tread is mounted, and wherein each step-up element of a gripping member is provided which is located at a height such upwardly that a person which stands with one foot on the step of the first step-up element and with the other foot on the step of the second step-up element stands with his hands can grip the gripping means to lift each step-up element, and to move them further.
