METHOD TO ACTIVATE USER, METHOD TO AUTHENTIC USER, METHOD TO CONTROL USER TRAFFIC, METHOD TO CONTROL USER ACCESS IN A 3G TRAFFIC DEVIATION WIFI NETWORK AND 3G TRAFFIC DEVIATION SYSTEM. The present invention relates to a traffic diversion system independent of mobile operator networks such as the user access and traffic control network and a 3G traffic diversion Wi-Fi network. The proposed bypass Wi-Fi network is independent of mobile network operators and allows to provide data traffic bypass service to users of multiple operators simultaneously. The system has its own database, where the information about users is stored so that there is no need to make queries to operators' databases. The proposed system further allows a user from operator A to purchase a Wi-Fi data plan from operator B using operator A's International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) authentication, thus eliminating the need to replace SIMCARD. Access to roaming users outside the native area of their numbering is also allowed.
