Analytical methodology for determinau00c7u00e7o of organophosphates and carbamates in natural waters. The analytical methodology is an innovation of the method of Dietz with exclusive application for the determination of organophosphates and carbamates in natural waters.The methodology is based on biochemical reaction between the sample and the enzyme cholinesterase, where the products of hydrolysis of the enzyme are capable of reacting with a solution capable of reading by means of a colorimetric system. In this way, the indexes of inhibition of cholinesterase enzyme have a direct relationship with the contamination, and measure it.
