From a kind of method of surface treatment for nanoparticle of the dispersion based on inorganic oxide, for using process of exchange application organic layer to pass through the solvent of the atomized water spray system for organic environment of azeotropic distillation. A kind of processed system in this way allows a controlled modification on the surface of the nanoparticle with a hydrophobic layer.
