A method for surface treatment of nano-particles from dispersion systems on the basis of anorganic oxide, for applying organic layers using the process of exchanging the solvent of water dispersion systems for organic environment by means of azeotropic distillation. A system treated in this way allows a controlled modification of the surface of nano-particles with a hydrophobic layer.
