An improved process for formulating granular form of spice and masala which is essentially used in preparation of food products with improved solubility, taste, texture, appearance and flavour. The granulated state of spice and masala will enhance the life span of product to about 24 months as compared to powdered products which are having shelf life of only 08 to 10 months.
