The switch has a priming unit for priming an explosive (1) covered of coating (2) and including detonator (4) placed directly on the explosive. A positioning unit positions a circular section part (C) e.g. cable, to be cut, with respect to the explosive. The explosive has a semi-circular shape to partially surround the part to be cut. The positioning unit has two positioning movable V-blocks on a spring and two upper V-blocks placed above the movable V-blocks.
