The invention relates to a mouthwash with broad action spectrum and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the mouthwash consists of 8-12% hydroalcoholic mint extract, 8-12% hydroalcoholic church steeples extract, 18-22% hydroalcoholic sage extract, 13-17% hydroalcoholic succory extract, 18-22% hydroalcoholic mallow extract, 18-22% tincture of propolis, 1.5-2.5% glycerine, 0.5-1.5% sodium dicarbonate, 1.5-2.5% hydroalcoholic coniferous resin extract, the percentage being expressed by weight. As claimed, the process consists in adding glycerine and tincture of propolis to the solution obtained by dissolving sodium dicarbonate in distilled water, at 38...40°C, while stirring for 60 min, and homogenization of the obtained solution, while stirring at 200 rpm for 60 min at 38...40°C, with a solution resulting after mixing for 60 min at 38...40°C the hydroalcoholic plant extracts, followed by filtration and addition of ethanol of 96% until obtaining an alcoholic solution of 18...20%.
