The invention relates to generation of electricity with use of energy of waves and wind. Submersible electric power plant operates together with wave and wind engines that drive water pumps. Hydro-static pressure of submersion is used for drive of hydro-turbine. Water flow worked out in the turbine is discharged to service reservoir insulated from environment, with separate section in which there is a discharge pump with pneumatic drive. Compressed air for pneumatic motors is obtained by means of those water pumps that are connected through suction pipelines to installed in pairs hermetic half-filled with water vessels. The pumps pump water in turn from one vessel to another one, with compression of air in vessels with pumped-in water. Compressed air through discharge valve is directed to air collector to which pneumatic drives of discharge pumps are connected. At following water pump out from hermetic vessels atmospheric air is filled there for the following compression cycle. At absence of wind and waves operation of hydro-turbine can be supported during some time by means of compressed air. The invention promotes transformation of energy of waves and energy of wind to electricity, and more stable operation of electric power plant.
