METHOD FOR ASSESSING EFFICACY OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION WITH Q WAVE AND EARLY SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION OF LEFT VENTRICLE

摘要

A method for assessing efficacy of the acute myocardial infarction with Q wave and early systolic dysfunction of the left ventricle provides for echocardiography and pulse tissue dopplerography. The rate of systolic movement of the fibrous ring of mitral valve and ratio of maximal rate of early diastolic transmitral flow E and early diastolic movement of the lateral segment of mitral valve E' (E/E') are measured for assessing the treatment efficacy.
