A method for regenerative treatment of essential hypertension with concomitant osteochondrosis of the thoracic spine consists in the complex use of kinetotherapy in patients receiving antihypertensive medications, and additionally local daily batched vacuum and magnet therapy is performed for thoracic spine, and then the kinetotherapy self-correction of the thoracic spine is performed, 10-12 procedures per course, total 18-21 day course of treatment.
