A device for hot metal desulfurization with dispersed magnesium in ladle comprising an immersion tuyere, consisting of an upper rod with the channel and a lower refractory tuyere with the channel and nozzle tip, the mechanism for lifting and lowering the tuyere through a hole in the ladle lid, the mechanism of rotation which comprises a blow chamber with the bearing unit built and the upper rod of the tuyere, which is built therein, the drive of the tuyere rotation, the gearmotor, the tool-lock mechanism of the tuyere rod at the lower working position, gas magnesium intake connected to the blowing box. The tuyere rotating mechanism has a bevel conical gear, a bottom bearing and a dished lid which are fixed to the upper rod of the tuyere. The rotating drive is mounted on the lid of the ladle, includes the shaft with a leading bevel gear mounted in the bearings in bearing units.
