A method for obtaining the mycelium of edible and medicinal fungi by means of deep cultivation on nutrient medium comprising glucose, distillated water, a nitrogen-containing additive, a yeast extract, dibasic potassium phosphate. The nutrient medium is additionally supplemented with zinc citrate, selenium citrate, germanium citrate, which are obtained according to aquananotechnology, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and peptone is added as the nitrogen-containing additive.
