METHOD OF CESAREAN SECTION AND CONSERVATIVE MYOMECTOMY

A method of cesarean section and conservative myomectomy comprises cesarean section, the cut of uterus, the removal of leiomyomatous nodules, and suturing. The step-by-step devascularization of uterus is performed. Tranexamic acid as fibrinolysis inhibitor is administered intravenously. Terlipressin solution is administered intramuscularly into myometrium around leiomyomatous nodule. The accompanying procedures such as the coagulation of the tissue cut and the treatment of the sutures is provided with argon plasma coagulation.
