The invention relates to a machine capable of continuously baking fried doughfoods fried in pans, comprising a dough piece dispenser, wherein the machinehas means suitable for feeding, conveying, turning and releasing the fried doughfood to be baked. Furthermore, a pan is provided in the bottom region of the machineabove an electric heating unit. The essence of the invention is that the machinecomprises at least three, preferably four baking sheets, which are disposedsuch that they can be rotated in a plane perpendicular to the vertical supportingcolumn about the supporting column, turned circular-symmetrically about theirown axis disposed perpendicular to the supporting column, displaced along thesupporting column and locked in end position, and that a slippage preventingelement, which is known per se and suited for the reliable turning and conveyingof the dough pieces placed on the baking pans, is fastened to the baking pans.
