An electric transmission and transformation device using a magnetoelectric coupling alternating weak magnetic sensor technology comprises a secondary aerial plug (3), a breaker (4), a fixed contact (5), a wall feed-through sleeve (6), a contact box (7), a magnetoelectric coupling alternating weak magnetic sensor (8), a ground copper bar (9), a cable (10), a lightning arrester (11), a ground blade (12) and a sensor (13). The secondary aerial plug is connected to one end of the breaker, the other end of the breaker is connected to one end of the fixed contact and one end of the contact box, the other end of the fixed contact is connected to the wall feed-through sleeve, the other end of the contact box is connected to the magnetoelectric coupling alternating weak magnetic sensor, the cable is connected to the sensor, the ground blade is located below the sensor, the lightning arrester is connected to the sensor, and the ground copper bar is located beside the cable. The electric transmission and transformation device is small and use a wide frequency band.
