A laser cutting device (10) is provided with a laser working head (15) into which the laser beam oscillated from a laser oscillator (12) enters and which emits to an object to be worked (20) laser beams, of which the focus point position is offset from the position of the object (20) to be worked and of which the intensity distribution at the position of the object (20) to be worked is in the shape of a caldera, in which the periphery regions are higher than the center region, due to a spherical lens for focusing the laser beam. Therefore, with said laser cutting device (10), it is possible to generate, with a simple configuration, a reversed laser beam on the position of the object (20) to be worked because the laser beam is reversed by using the spherical aberration of the spherical lens. Moreover, with said laser cutting device (10), the working direction of the object (20) to be worked is not limited when working the object (20) to be worked.
