DEVICE INDICATING THE STATUTORY DEADLINE FOR THE VEHICLE TECHNICAL INSPECTION

The device consists of an electronic module which can be programmed by the vehicle technical inspection staff and into which the next vehicle inspection date is input. If this date is exceeded, an indicator light on the outer part of the vehicle is turned on in order to be able to externally identify whether or not the vehicle has passed the vehicle technical inspection. There may be two types of said external light indicator: a first with a box containing four LEDs, two red and two green, and a second with a box containing two LEDs, each a two-colour LED, provided with different circuits such that, if the first fails, the multifunction screen warns the driver of the failure and of the need to quickly repair the latter, and the system enables the second circuit.
