摘要

An ink or a binder which enables the production of a printed matter capable of exhibiting purification and various functions by printing which is a simple means. The ink or binder can be produced by mixing a material that can clusterize moisture in air by irradiation with a weak radioactive ray and therefore can exhibit, as a cluster ion, functions of deodorizing a malodorous component and removing bacteria in air to thereby purify the air with a natural material having an insect-repellent property, a cosmetic property, a sanatory property or the like together in a microencapsulated form.
