A high-voltage switch permanent magnet operating mechanism with an adjustable attractive force characteristic comprises a casing (6), a magnetic shield (3), a coil (2) and a permanent magnet (4). The magnetic shield and the coil are disposed inside the casing. The permanent magnet is disposed between the magnetic shield and the casing. A magnetic yoke (1) and an end cover (5) are installed at the upper end and the lower end of the casing respectively. An irregular movable iron core (7) is disposed inside the casing. A groove or boss is disposed on the outer wall of the irregular movable iron core. The distribution of a magnetic field is changed by changing the shape of the outer wall of the irregular movable iron core, so as to change the attractive force characteristic. The structure is exquisite, practical, easily adjustable and controllable, is applicable to different characteristic demands of high-voltage switches, is convenient to make design optimization, and has desirable universality.
