Provided are a liquid-crystal monomer for a polyimide surface of an alignment film, and a liquid crystal panel. The molecular weight of the liquid-crystal active monomer is in the range of 322 to 500, and the wavelength of ultraviolet light for polymerizing and curing the liquid-crystal active monomer with the polyimide surface is greater than or equal to 300 nanometers. The liquid-crystal monomer reduces the interaction force between a liquid crystal composition and the polyimide of the alignment film, and eliminates the phenomenon of uneven display of dripping patterns of the liquid crystal composition in a dripping injection process.
