Provided are a bandwidth resource management method, device and system for a label switched path (LSP). The method mainly includes: an intermediate node receives a label distribution protocol (LDP) message carrying a bandwidth reserved value which is sent by a downstream node; and the intermediate node reserves downstream bandwidth resources for the downstream node according to the bandwidth reserved value, and sends a label distribution protocol message carrying the bandwidth reserved value to an upstream node of the intermediate node. Using the embodiments of the present invention achieves the guarantee of bandwidth resources on a data stream in an LSP established via Multicast Label Distribution Protocol (MLDP), and provides the bandwidth guarantee for the IPTV traffic sent by the multicast source to pass through the LSP.
