[Problem] To provide a facial analysis device in which an appropriate analysis relating to a lecture can be performed using information such as an image of students during the lecture. [Solution] This invention is provided with: a student image storage unit (12) for storing a student image, which is a video image of the faces of one or more students during a lecture; a facial analysis unit (13) for discerning the faces of the students from the student image, and analyzing the discerned faces; and an output unit (17) for outputting information relating to the result of the analysis performed by the facial analysis unit (13). An analysis relating to the lecture is thereby performed.
