Cosmetic preparation comprises 2-(4'-diethylamino-2'-hydroxybenzoyl)-benzoic acid hexylester, one or more diols, and oleic acids. An independent claim is included for preparing the cosmetic preparation, comprising incorporating 2-(4'-diethylamino-2'-hydroxybenzoyl)-benzoic acid hexylester into the oleic acid-containing lipid phase and combining them with the diols or diols containing aqueous phase.
