The device has a CRT stimulation unit including an incrementing unit for incrementing stimulation frequency to execute commands of determination of target frequency based on difference between base frequency (Fbase) and maximum frequency (fmax). The incrementing unit executes commands of direct increment of the stimulation frequency from initial current value of the stimulation frequency, or spontaneous frequency until reaching target frequency during a predetermined time, or during number of predetermined cardiac cycles to achieve the target frequency.
