A cut and a catheter infusion wound protecting device, comprising a three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1) and a fixing layer (2) for fixing the three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1). The three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1) is longitudinally provided with a cavity (3). At least a lower port of the cavity (3) communicates with one end of the three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1). The lower port of the cavity (3) surrounds the cut or the catheter infusion port in the cavity (3), so that the three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1) limits splitting of the wound and wrinkles incurred by movement of the skin on the surface of the wound. The fixing layer (2) is provided with a bonding layer (21) capable of being fixed on the skin and the three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1) by bonding. The three-dimensional hollow protecting pad (1) having the cavity (3) is provided, so as to avoid the foreign object rejection inflammatory reaction and wound tissue blood circulation disorders incurred by direct contact and compression of the physical part of the protecting pad (1) to the wound, and effectively prevent relative movement and friction between the dressing and the wound surface and re-injury incurred by adhesion between the dressing and wound secretions to the wound.
