The present invention relates to a system that can be used to develop drawing skills in visually impaired or disabled persons, especially in children, said system comprising a three-dimensional table that makes it possible to develop in the user the skill to understand his or her environment, live and communicate, said table comprising a working area that rotates through 360º, the surfaces of which have various functions, in which one is semi-hard, made of foam, and the other is hard, preferably made of wood. Likewise, the system of the present invention makes it possible to place a sheet of paper on the top surface thereof so that sightless children can perform their drawings, wherein said sheet of paper can be supplied by means of a roll located on one of the edges of the table, in order to make it easier to change the sheet of paper once the drawing is finished.
