The invention relates to an electromechanical filling level measuring device according to the displacement principle or the plumb line principle for determining the filling level of a filling material in a container, comprising a rope drum, a rope, one end of which is securely attached to the rope drum and which can be wound onto and unwound from the rope drum, a displacement element, which is connected to a free end of the rope, a motor, which powers the rope drum for winding and unwinding the rope together with the displacement element, and a main electronics, which determines at least the control of the motor and at least the evaluation of the filling level from the motion changes of the rope drum. According to the invention, at least one additional sensor unit having at least one sensor element for determining and/or monitoring further process measuring variables of the filling material in the container is integrated in the displacement element.
