The present invention relates to a method for coordinating an image space and a surgical operation space comprising: a first step of obtaining image data of a patient before surgical operation; a second step of providing an imaginary micro-marker to the image data of the patient before surgical operation; a third step of actually implanting a micro-marker at the same location of the patient as an imaginary location; a fourth step of coordinating the image space and the surgical operation space using the imaginary micro-marker and a real micro-marker as index points.
