The present invention relates to an integrated management method and integrated management system for public health information, and a recording medium therefor. According to the present invention, a variety of information which is generated while carrying out public health services and administration, medical treatment, and medical treatment support or the like can be integrated and managed by various public health agencies established in each region according to their functions, wherein reference codes which were separately generated/managed by each public health agency are standardized to allow integrated business processing, automatic statistical analysis, and user-centered atypical analysis, thereby enabling users in each public health agency or local government and management agency to conduct business efficiently and to effectively create and utilize performance data and statistical data which fit each purpose of use.
