PURPOSE: A pipe forming device for a muffler of a vehicle is provided to maintain a pipe in a fixed position during a forming process, thereby reducing risk of accidents and improving productivity.;CONSTITUTION: A pipe forming device for a muffler of a vehicle comprises a first fixing block(7), an auxiliary block, a forming block, a spring member, a moving block(23), and a moving block driving unit. The spring member is installed between the forming block and the auxiliary block and applies a force to elastically open the forming block. The moving block has a center through hole to be fitted to the exterior of the forming block and contracts the forming block in proportional to the depth of coupling to the forming block.
