PURPOSE: A system for evaluating a threat against an antiaircraft target, a method thereof, an electronically decodable recording medium including a program for performing the method are provided to calculate an engagement priority by predicting attack assets based on Bayesian theory and analyzing attack features of an enemy flight vehicle based on Fuzzy inference mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A B-Fuzzy threat evaluation module(221) determines attack assets according to wake information of enemy flight vehicles based on Bayesian probability theory. The B-Fuzzy threat evaluation module analyzes attack features of the enemy flight vehicles and calculates a threat value based on Fuzzy inference mechanism in order to perform a threat evaluation for the attack assets. A weapon allocating module(222) minimizes the interference of arms during a simultaneous engagement in an air guided weapon system and allocates a launcher and a guided missile to have the simultaneous engagement with the biggest target with a limited weapon.
