PURPOSE: A composition for enhancing abiotic stress resistance in a plant and a composition for promoting germination are provided to ensure excellent resistance to various abiotic stresses such as a drought stress.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing abiotic stress resistance in a plant contains a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid of sequence number 2. The nucleotide sequence contains a nucleotide of sequence number 1. The abiotic stress includes a drought stress, cold stress, or salt stress. The composition contains: the nucleotide sequence; a promoter which is operatively linked to the nucleotide sequence and forms RNA molecules in plant cells; and a recombinant vector containing poly A signal sequence for plant expression. A composition for promoting plant germination contains the nucleic acid molecule which suppresses the expression of the nucleotide sequence.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
