PURPOSE: A control device based on user motion and voice using a camera and a control method applied to the same are provided to recognize a user's face from a photographed image, extract environment setting information corresponding to the user and process sensed data by a width measurement sensor according to the environment setting information. CONSTITUTION: A camera(110) takes a photo of a user. A depth measurement sensor(120) senses the user's motion. A control unit(140) senses the user's face from a photographed image, extracts environment setting information corresponding to the user and processes sensed data by a width measurement sensor according to the environment setting information. The environment setting information comprises UI(User Interface) information including orders matched to individual users' motions. The control unit applies the UI information according to the user.
