PURPOSE: An optical film for a display device, an LCD device having the same and an OLED device having the same are provided to form a lens unit in a back ground layer and to form a reflection preventing unit in a pattern surface of the lens unit by coating and to minimize a color shift.;CONSTITUTION: A background layer(11) is arranged in the front side of a display panel. A lens unit(12) is formed in the background layer. The lens unit is formed like intagliated or embossed patterns(12a). The lens unit disperses the direction of light. A reflection preventing unit(13) is formed in a pattern surface(12b). The reflection preventing unit prevents the light coming from the outside from being reflected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
