PURPOSE: An antibody which recognizes kidney type and respiratory type infectious bronchitis virus and a composition and a kit containing the same are provided to effectively diagnose the presence of the virus.;CONSTITUTION: An antibody which recognizes kidney type and respiratory type infectious bronchitis virus is produced by hybridoma(deposit number KCLRF-BP-00265). A composition for diagnosing one or more viruses contains the antibody. An analysis device for diagnosing the viruses comprises: a sample pad(1) for applying a liquid sample containing an analyte; a storage pad(2) which is lined with the sample pad and supports an conjugate of the antibody and gold particles; a chromatography membrane material(3) with a detection region; a moisture-absorption pad(4) which is linked with the chromatography membrane material; and a solid support(5) for supporting the sample pad, a storage pad, a chromatography membrane material, and moisture-absorption pad.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
