PURPOSE: A method for making traditional wine using Bambusa tuldoides is provided to take in phenol ingredients, amino acids, and organic acid and to extend expiration date.;CONSTITUTION: A method for making traditional wine comprises: a step of mixing 250g of Lespedeza cuneata, 50g of Epimedium koreanum, 30g of Cistanche deserticola Y. C.
