PURPOSE: A floating-type bubble grinder capable of effectively removing bubbles from the center of an aeration tank is provided to reduce the generation of noise when removing the bubbles using a floating type rotary grinding rod.;CONSTITUTION: A floating-type bubble grinder includes a horizontal frame(10), a vertical frame(11), a floating body(20), and a grinder(30). The floating body is fixed to the lower side of the horizontal or vertical frame. The grinder is fixed to the lower or upper side of the horizontal or vertical frame. The grinder includes a rotation power generator(31), a rotary shaft(32), and more than one grinding rod(33) fixed to the rotary shaft to the horizontal direction.
