PURPOSE: An x-ray tube, an anode part thereof, and a manufacturing method of the anode part are provided to discharge internal gas by forming a vacuum exhaust path and a vacuum exhaust pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A cathode part comprises electron emitter which emits an electronic beam. A grid(160) has a cylinder structure. Vacuum exhaust paths(215,220) are formed in a body of the anode part. A vacuum exhaust pipe(230) is connected to the vacuum exhaust paths.
