PURPOSE: A method for controlling stem cell differentiation using hDot1L which controls pluripotency-related gene expression at a genome level is provided to control the differentiation.;CONSTITUTION: A method for changing differentiation ability of stem cells comprises a step of controlling intracellular level of hDot1L(human Dot1 like). A method for suppressing stem cell differentiation comprises a step of increasing intracellular level of hDot1L. A method for promoting stem cell differentiation comprises a step of reducing intracellular level of hDot1L(human Dot1 like). The stem cells include human stem cell H9, H1, CHA3, and CHA4. A composition for promoting stem cell differentiation contains hDot1L expression inhibitor as an active ingredient. A composition for suppressing stem cell differentiation contains a promoter, and a vector containing a nucleotide encoding hDot1L, which is operatively linked to the promoter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
