PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube substrate is provided to control the growth speed and bone differentiation of human mesenchyme stem cells (hMSCs), separated from bone marrow, into bone cells, thereby enhancing the growth speed and differentiation of the hMSCs and controlling the direction of the hMSCs.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube substrate includes the steps of: aligning carbon nanotubes on a substrate in one direction by a spin-coating method; and coating the substrate with aligned carbon nanotubes with poly (ethylene glycol).
