Obtaining carbon nano tube which surface-finished with sodium dodecyl sulfate surface by suspending the carbon nano tube in the aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate and processing this tube with ultrasonic wave; After diffusing carbon nanotube in the urea aqueous solution by progressing ultrasonic treatment, add chloroplatinic acid(IV)(H2PtCl6.6H2O) to obtain mixed solution, and absorb the compound of chloridation hydroxide hydration platinic to the carbon nano tube by heating the mixed solution to hydrolyze urea; the procedure of Injecting ethylene glycol into the mixed solution, stirring, and heating the chloridation hydroxide hydration platinic compound absorbed within the carbon nanotube to revert into platinum particle.
