PURPOSE: A ceramic panel having a multi-layer structure is provided to ensure incombustibility, heat insulation, and sound absorption by differently composing the structure of a foam tissue.;CONSTITUTION: A ceramic panel having a multi-layer structure comprises an upper mixture layer and a lower mixture layer. The upper mixture layer is formed by mixing waste glass, silicate glass, perlite, diatomite and a foaming agent. The lower mixture layer is formed by mixing waste glass, silicate glass and tri-alcohol. The upper mixture layer comprises 90-95 parts by weight of the waste glass, 4-6 parts by weight of the silica glass, 3-5 parts by weight of perlite, 2-3 parts by weight of the diatomite, and 1-2 parts by weight of the foaming agent.
