摘要

PURPOSE: X-ray computed tomography system and scatter correction method thereof are provided to avoid additional exposure according to additional scanning by rebuilding the image with Back projection-filtration.;CONSTITUTION: X-ray computed tomography system comprises an X-ray generating source(100), a beam shielding strip(200), a flat type multi-row X-ray detector(300), a scattered image corrector. The X-ray generating source(100) radiates X-ray towards the object. The beam shielding strip(200) blocks out parts of X-ray radiated from the X-ray generating source. The flat type multi-row X-ray detector(300) detects the X-ray penetrated image data including 'the image of the X-ray scattering by the beam shielding strip(200) and the object'. After acquiring data for estimated scattering image by processing one-dimension scatter correction, the scattered image corrector acquires the scatter corrected penetration image by removing the obtained estimation scattering image data from the detected X-ray penetration image data and the reconstructed tomography image using back projection filtering method based on the obtained scatter correction penetration image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Rotational axis
