PURPOSE: A cooling sheet for a photovoltaic module, a manufacturing method thereof, and the photovoltaic module including the same are provided to improve the generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module by attaching the cooling sheet to an external layer of a back sheet for the photovoltaic module.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling sheet for a photovoltaic module includes a porous base material(11) and a resin layer(13). The porous base material is formed on the surface of the resin layer. The thickness of the porous base material is 0.01 to 10 mm.
