PURPOSE: A light operation monitoring system using a mini MDF(main distribution frame) is provided to rapidly obtain error information in optical communication generated in each BS(base station).;CONSTITUTION: An optical communication test apparatus(150) measures an optical communication state of an optical cable which transmits an optical signal from a transmission apparatus of the base station to a lower BS. A mini MDF(210) is installed in the lower BS. The mini MDF receives test light for measuring optical communication from the optical communication test apparatus.
