PURPOSE: An optical measuring device, an optical measuring system, and a fiber coupler are provided to reduce a measuring error by changing the distribution of light emitted from optical fiber since the fiber coupler is installed on the input side of a spectrometer.;CONSTITUTION: An optical measuring device comprises a spectrometer(50), first optical fiber(20), a hemispheric unit(1), and a plane unit(2). The first optical fiber totally reflects the light of a target. The hemispheric comprises a light diffusion/reflection layer(1a). The plane unit is arranged to close the opening of the hemispheric unit. The plane unit comprises a specular reflection layer(2a) which is formed on the inner wall of the hemispheric unit. The plane unit comprises a first window(5). The first window guides light emitted through the first optical fiber into an integral space which is formed by the hemispheric unit and the plane unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
